These terms and conditions govern the provision of electrical services by City Electrical Installation and Maintenance Limited T/A City Electrical Fix. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

- Domestic Installations & Repairs: Complete home wiring, lighting, and fault-finding.

SAFETY FIRST

QUOTATIONS & PRICING
- Validity: Quotations remain valid for 30 days from issuance.
- VAT: We are not currently registered for VAT. In the event of any changes to our VAT status, advance notice will be provided and reflected on all subsequent invoices.
- Scope Changes: Any work beyond the original agreement will be costed, explained, and formally approved by you before commencement.
PAYMENT TERMS
- Agreement: Specific payment terms are mutually agreed upon during the quoting phase.
- Methods: We accept BACS bank transfers.
- Documentation: Detailed, transparent invoices are provided immediately upon job completion.
WARRANTIES
- Workmanship: Every project is backed by our comprehensive workmanship guarantee, detailed in your individual quote.
- Materials: All supplied components carry full manufacturer warranties.
LIABILITY
We operate with comprehensive Public Liability Insurance. Our liability is strictly defined by the terms of our insurance coverage and prevailing UK statutory law.
